You get scheduled inspection visits, faster emergency response and discounted repairs from vetted tradespeople, all coordinated by one team and billed once a month. It replaces calling around for a different repairman every time something breaks.

What is a maintenance retainer?

A monthly plan that covers scheduled visits to your property by vetted tradespeople. Each visit includes an inspection, before and after photos, a written report within 24 hours and discounted quotes for any repairs found, so small problems get fixed before they become expensive.

Which plan is right for me?

Ayos Basic at ₱5,000 a month covers one trade with one visit a month, 48-hour emergency response and 15% off repairs. Ayos Standard at ₱15,000 a month covers two trades with two visits, 24-hour emergency response, one included repair up to ₱1,500 and 20% off repairs. Ayos Premium at ₱35,000 a month covers all trades with weekly visits, same-day emergency response, repairs up to ₱3,000 a month included, 25% off repairs, an account manager and a quarterly report.

How does a retainer start?

We do a free walk-through of your property, recommend the plan that fits what we see, and visits begin once you agree. Message us on Messenger to schedule the walk-through.

Do I pay the ₱500 service guarantee on retainer visits?

No. Retainer visits do not carry the ₱500 fee that one-off bookings do. Repairs found during a visit are quoted at your plan's discount before any work starts.

How is it billed?

Monthly, with BIR receipts, so it fits your business records. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who is a retainer for?

Are the tradespeople vetted?

Yes. Every tradesperson shows a valid NBI clearance and a government ID and is vetted by our team before their first job. Customers rate the work after every booking, and anyone whose standards slip is removed from the network.
