Free facility assessment
Message us on Messenger with a brief about your building or business. Within one business day we schedule a free walk-through to see the property, list existing systems, and surface anything that needs attention right away.

Custom recommendation
We send a written tier recommendation with the visit cadence, trade coverage, and emergency-response window that fits your actual usage. Adjust the trades, frequency, or response time if the off-the-shelf tier is not quite right.

Scheduled maintenance begins
Sign the monthly retainer agreement, pay the first month via GCash or bank transfer, and your first preventive visit is booked. From there your KuyaYos coordinator runs the schedule, dispatches the technicians, and sends every visit's report to your inbox.

All tiers include scheduled visits, photo-documented reports, and priority over pay-per-visit bookings. The Standard tier is the most common for SMEs and small condo HoAs.

What is included in a visit
Every scheduled visit follows the same checklist so reporting stays consistent across months and across properties.
- Trade-specific inspection. The assigned technician runs through the covered system end-to-end (water lines and fixtures, panels and circuits, indoor and outdoor aircon units, depending on the trade).
- Photo documentation. Every checked component is photographed before and after, attached to the visit report. Useful for HoA boards reporting up to residents and for SMEs filing annual maintenance audits.
- Written summary report. Within 24 hours of the visit you receive a PDF report covering what was checked, what was found, any repairs performed under your monthly cap, and any larger repairs we are recommending separately.
- Repair quotes when needed. Issues found beyond the visit's scope are quoted on-site at your tier's discount. You approve before any work starts.
- Coordinator follow-up. Your KuyaYos coordinator confirms the next visit date and checks if anything needs to be scheduled sooner.
