Privacy Notice — Tradesperson Applications

What we collect: Your full name, mobile number, email (if provided), trade, years of experience, certifications, service areas, and where you heard about KuyaYos.

Why: To evaluate your application, contact you for a screening interview, and (if approved) onboard you onto the platform.

Who sees it: The KuyaYos recruitment coordinator only. Not shared with customers until you're approved and matched to a specific job.

How long: 24 months from submission. Rejected applications are anonymised after 24 months.

Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. KuyaYos is the data controller under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
