What we collect: Your full name, mobile number, city and barangay of residence, primary and other skills, years of experience, availability, tools status, and a photo of your valid government ID (plus NBI clearance and TESDA/certificate photos if you upload them).
Why: To evaluate your application, verify your identity, reach out to you about next steps, and (if verified) onboard you onto the platform.
Who sees it: The KuyaYos recruitment coordinator only. ID and clearance photos are stored in a restricted KuyaYos drive and are used only for identity verification. Nothing is shared with customers until you're verified and matched to a specific job.
How long: 24 months from submission. Rejected applications are anonymised after 24 months.
Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. KuyaYos is the data controller under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
