How is the price decided?
Your tradesperson confirms the price on-site, before any work begins. If something hidden turns up, work pauses until you approve the new price.
What is the ₱525 service guarantee?
A flat fee to KuyaYos, paid online when you book (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, bank transfer or card). It covers vetting, matching, a 1-month warranty and a back job. It is not deducted from the price of the work, and is refunded if no pro is found or you cancel before one is assigned. Full rules.
Is there an ocular fee?
Only if no work is done. If the tradesperson inspects the job and you decide not to go ahead, you pay them ₱700 for the ocular. If you go ahead, the ₱700 is deducted from the labor. KuyaYos charges no inspection fee of its own.
How do I pay for the work?
Directly to your tradesperson, in cash or GCash, once the job is done. Materials are quoted separately.
How do I know the tradesperson is legit?
Every pro is checked for NBI clearance and shows a government ID before their first booking, and is reviewed after every job.

Can I book same-day?
Sometimes, on weekdays. Same-day bookings carry a ₱200 priority fee. Typhoon (PAGASA signal 2+)? Fees are waived and the ₱525 refunded.
