KuyaYos is a Metro Manila booking service for vetted, independent tradespeople. We check every tradesperson before their first job, match them to your booking, and back their work with a 1-month warranty under our flat ₱500 service guarantee. The tradesperson confirms the price on-site, and you pay them directly.
Who runs KuyaYos?
KuyaYos Combined Facilities Support Services, based in Quezon City. Our office is at Retail C6, Magnolia Residences Tower C, Aurora Blvd, Quezon City 1111. You can reach us on Messenger or at [email protected].
What trades does KuyaYos cover?
Nine trades: plumbers, electricians, aircon technicians, carpenters, painters, masons, welders, roofers and handymen. One booking can cover a mix of small jobs, and we send the right person for each.
Are the tradespeople KuyaYos employees?
No. They are independent tradespeople who join our network after vetting. They confirm the price of the work on-site before starting, and you pay them directly in cash or GCash once the work is done.
How do you vet tradespeople?
Every tradesperson shows a valid NBI clearance and a government ID, has their trade background and references checked, and talks with our team before their first job. Customers rate the work after every booking, and anyone whose standards slip is removed.
How does KuyaYos make money?
From the flat ₱500 service guarantee you pay when you book, by GCash or bank transfer. We take no commission from the tradesperson's pay, and tradespeople pay no joining fee. The ₱500 is refunded if we cannot find a tradesperson or you cancel before one is assigned.
What happens if something goes wrong after the job?
The work is covered by a 1-month warranty. If the same problem comes back within a month, message us on Messenger with your booking reference and we send a tradesperson back for a back job.
