Privacy Notice
What we collect: Your full name, Facebook username/profile, phone number (optional), barangay / area, service type, problem description, any photos you attach, preferred date and time slot, and where you heard about KuyaYos.
Why: To match you with a suitable tradesperson, confirm the booking, and understand which channels are working.
Who sees it: The KuyaYos coordinator and the one tradesperson matched to your job. No third-party marketers.
How long: 24 months from submission, after which the record is anonymised.
Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. KuyaYos is the data controller under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
