How fast can a plumber arrive?
Are your plumbers vetted?
Yes. Every plumber shows a valid NBI clearance and a government ID and talks with our team before their first job. Customers rate the work after every booking, and anyone whose standards slip is removed from the network.
What problems can a plumber fix?
Leaking pipes and faucets, clogged sinks, floor drains and toilets, running or weak-flushing toilets, low water pressure, water heater installs and repairs, fixture replacement and pipe rerouting. If you are not sure, describe what you see and send a photo.
What if the job is bigger on-site?
Work pauses until you approve the new price. You are never billed for work you did not agree to.
How do I prepare for the visit?
Clear the area under the sink or around the fixture, know where your main water valve is, and keep any receipts or brand names of parts you already bought. Photos of the leak or clog help the plumber bring the right tools.
How much will the job cost?
Your plumber looks at the job and confirms the final price on-site before any work starts. You pay them directly in cash or GCash once the work is done. KuyaYos takes no commission. Materials are quoted separately, at supplier price, and you pay only for what is used. If the job turns out bigger once work starts, it pauses until you approve the new price.
What is the ₱525 service guarantee?
It is the flat fee you pay KuyaYos by GCash or bank transfer when you book. It covers vetting, matching, a 1-month warranty on the plumber's work and a back job if the same problem returns. It is not deducted from the price of the work, and it is refunded if we cannot find a tradesperson or you cancel before one is assigned. To use the warranty, message us with your booking reference.
Is there an ocular fee?
Only if no work is done. If the plumber inspects the job and you decide not to go ahead, you pay them ₱700 for the ocular. If you go ahead, the ₱700 is deducted from the labor. KuyaYos charges no inspection fee of its own.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Metro Manila. Our office is in Quezon City, where our network is largest, and we also send plumbers to Manila, Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Caloocan, Parañaque and the rest of the metro. Book from anywhere in Metro Manila and we confirm we can send a plumber. If we cannot, your ₱525 is refunded.
