Painter in Quezon City
Book a vetted, NBI-cleared painter in Quezon City through KuyaYos. Same business-day matching for small jobs, scheduled crews for full-room or whole-house repaints, and upfront pricing on both.
What painting work includes
Every painter in the KuyaYos network handles residential and small-commercial work across these common service categories. For larger jobs (whole-unit repaints, exterior facade work, condo turnovers), we may dispatch a small crew rather than a solo painter; we will confirm the team size in the booking call.
- Interior repainting (walls, ceilings, trim)
- Exterior repainting (facades, fences, gates)
- Touch-ups and spot repairs
- Surface preparation, priming, and crack repair
- Wallpaper removal
- Texture finishes (rolled, sand, knock-down)
- Cabinet and woodwork repainting
- Waterproof, anti-mould, and elastomeric coats
How a KuyaYos painter helps
Three jobs we see most often in QC homes, and what a vetted painter actually does about them.
-
Water-stained walls after a typhoon
Typhoon staining usually means moisture has soaked through the wall. Painting over it without fixing the source guarantees the stain comes back. Our painter inspects the surface, identifies the moisture path (roof, gutter, plumbing), recommends the repair the wall actually needs, then primes with a stain-blocker and repaints once the surface is dry. One fix, not a cycle.

A faded exterior facade is hurting kerb appeal
UV and humidity in QC fade most exterior paints faster than the data sheet implies. Our painter assesses the existing coating, washes and preps the surface (a critical step that cheap quotes skip), and applies a UV-stable elastomeric or acrylic finish. You get a facade that looks new and stays that way longer.

A fresh repaint before moving in or selling
A repaint before turnover is one of the highest-ROI moves you can make on a unit. Our painter handles patch-repair, priming, and finish with a clear timeline so the unit is move-in ready by your hand-off date. Furniture is masked, floors are protected, and the unit is left clean.
Indicative pricing
Small painting jobs (touch-ups, single accent wall, cabinet refinish) sit roughly in the ₱1,200–₱3,500 band. Standard jobs (a room, a stairwell, a unit's interior walls) typically run ₱3,500–₱15,000 depending on size and finish. Whole-unit or exterior work is quoted per square metre after a site visit; budget from ₱180–₱320 per sq m for labour and a separate line for paint. Materials are quoted separately. Your final price is confirmed by the assigned tradesperson on-site, within the published range.
Common questions about painter work in Quezon City
What paint brands do you use?
Default is Boysen, Davies, or Dulux at your preferred grade (premium, regular, or budget). For specialty needs (low-VOC for nursery rooms, anti-mould for bathrooms, elastomeric for exterior) the painter will recommend the right product line and confirm with you before purchase. You can also supply paint yourself if you have a brand or batch in mind.
How long does paint take to dry?
Standard acrylic-latex paint is touch-dry in 1–2 hours and ready for a second coat in 4–6 hours. Full cure (the point at which the finish can take normal contact and cleaning) is around 14 days for most brands. Your painter will confirm timing on the day based on humidity and the product line.
Do you cover and protect furniture?
Yes. Standard practice is to move light furniture out of the room, group heavier items in the centre under drop cloths, and mask floors, switches, outlets, and trim. The room is left swept and walkable at the end of each day. If you would prefer to clear the room yourself in advance, tell us at booking and we will adjust the prep estimate.
Are touch-ups covered after the job?
Yes. Within 30 days of completion, minor touch-ups (a scuff during furniture move-back, a missed corner) are handled at no additional labour charge. Damage from new construction work, water leaks, or other trades arriving after the painter leaves is a separate quote.
Which QC barangays do you cover?
We currently dispatch across Quezon City, with the densest coverage in Diliman, Cubao, Tomas Morato, Quezon Avenue, Eastwood, Commonwealth, Fairview, and Novaliches. If your barangay is not on the list, submit the booking anyway and our coordinator will let you know if we can route a painter to you.
