- Garden clean-up and green-waste hauling
- Potted-plant and vertical-garden care
- Basic sprinkler and irrigation upkeep
How a KuyaYos gardener helps
Three jobs we see most often in QC homes, and what a vetted gardener actually does about them.
-
An overgrown lawn and hedges before an event or a house viewing
Unkempt grass and shaggy hedges are the first thing a visitor notices, whether it is a family gathering, an open house, or a property inspection. Our gardener mows and edges the lawn, trims hedges and shrubs to a clean line, and hauls away the cuttings so the property looks presentable the same day.
-
A garden buried in debris after a storm
Fallen branches, waterlogged soil, and scattered leaves are common after heavy rain or strong wind. A vetted gardener clears the debris, checks trees and hedges for damaged or hazardous limbs, and hauls the green waste off-site, so the garden is safe and usable again.
-
A tired garden that needs replanting and a refresh
Beds that have gone patchy, overgrown, or half-dead over the years need more than a trim. Our gardener assesses what is salvageable, clears out the rest, and replants with species suited to the space and light, giving the garden a clean start without a full landscaping contract.
Indicative pricing
Most gardener jobs start at around ₱1,200: ₱700 goes directly to your gardener for the labour, and ₱500 is your KuyaYos service guarantee (warranty, back-job coverage, dispute protection, and free re-matching if your tradesperson cancels). Your gardener confirms the exact price on-site before any work begins, and materials, if any, are quoted separately.
Common questions about gardening work in Quezon City
How fast can a gardener arrive?
Are your gardeners vetted and NBI-cleared?
Yes. Every gardener on KuyaYos presents a valid NBI clearance and government-issued ID, and goes through a direct conversation with the KuyaYos team before they take their first booking.
Are materials included in the quote?
No. Labour and materials are quoted separately. Your gardener lists exactly what is needed, such as plants, soil, mulch, or fertiliser, at supplier price, and you pay only for what is actually used. This keeps the line-item clear and avoids surprise charges once the work is done.
What if the job turns out bigger than expected on-site?
Your gardener confirms the final price in person before work starts, within the published range for the job category. If the scope grows mid-job, work pauses and you approve the revised scope before anyone touches the next step. You are never billed for work you have not signed off on.
Which QC barangays do you cover?
We currently dispatch across Quezon City, with the densest coverage in Diliman, Cubao, Tomas Morato, Quezon Avenue, Eastwood, Commonwealth, Fairview, and Novaliches. If your barangay is not on the list, submit the booking anyway and our coordinator will let you know if we can route a gardener to you.
